Matcher Advocacy
Practical, U.S.-based help when something goes wrong with a purchase or shipment in America.
What is Matcher Advocacy?
Matcher Advocacy gives you access to a trusted U.S.-based person who can practically intervene when something goes wrong in America. Depending on the matter, Matcher may contact U.S. retailers or cargo businesses, make calls, escalate through management, physically visit businesses or facilities when necessary and practical, inspect or verify where feasible, obtain photographs, documents or evidence, coordinate returns, collections, redelivery or replacement, research and investigate, and identify and coordinate appropriate insurers, agencies, specialists or attorneys.
Qualifying guideline
Intended for qualifying matters involving purchases or shipments of $10,000 or more. The threshold is a qualifying guideline — not an automatic guarantee that Matcher will accept a matter.
$100 intake deposit
A $100 non-refundable intake deposit pays for intake and initial consideration. If Matcher accepts the matter and you proceed, the $100 is applied toward the final custom service fee. Final pricing is set manually per matter.
Initial consultation
The initial consultation is conducted through WhatsApp. WhatsApp consultation is practical assistance — it is not legal representation.
Separate from matching
Advocacy is a separate service. Opening an advocacy matter does not affect your cart balance, your matches, or ordinary Matcher matching.
